Who am I?
My name is Rens van Putten, trainer and coach at Re-act Personal Training.
Enjoying life is what I dear most and sports are my passion. When I’m feeling fit, I know I can enjoy more. With this mind-set I am honoured to help and coach others to find their own fisical and mental limits and to surpass. So you can also enjoy your live to their fullest.

To reach the impossible is slightly addictive
The Airmobile Brigade, the Royal Millitary Academy, the Police Academy of the Netherlands and the Fontys Sporthogeschool ( Academy for Pshysical Education) have given me the knowledge and insights about how the human body works and how to train it as effectively as possible, mentally and fiscally. It’s great to realize what the capabilities of the human body are. The feeling you get when you achieve something, you thought was impossible, is slightly addictive.
Effort - Rest - Nutrition
Every life is different, people have their own habits and social responsibilities. For this reason it’s my challenge to get people fit (again) while maintaining, or expanding the enjoyment of their familiar lifestyle. Physical exercise is just a part of your life, nutrition and rest are also very important aspects. When you want to change your health, a close look at all these three aspects is necessary. I will make you work during the physical hours of training, but I will also provide advice in the way your rest and nutrition will help you reach your goal more easy. I’m able to give you a personal nutrient plan and tips how to rest better or more.
